"Zoe is not only an impressive violinist, she is also an exceptional teacher. I had the opportunity see her play professional pieces with perfection. The quality of sound produced was no less than amazing! She takes that same level of expertise into her teaching studio. As an adult learner, I was hesitant to begin lessons. She was direct in a kind and supportive manner and had very clear input and recommendations on ways I could improve during and outside of lessons. Zoe is personable and insightful, which makes working through the frustrations of mistakes and early learning much easier. She helped me to feel at ease but also did not avoid correcting my form/technique/etc. My sloppy style has seen great improvement over the last several months! So has my sound!
